One of the most important compounds found in oak wood is vanillin. Our vanilla essence is pulled from this natural vanillin oak extract - keeping it real.

Our chocolate malt and roasted barley infusions are 100% natural. These intensify the bittersweet characteristics of stout, and give us our defiantly dark colour.

A blend of single malt and single grain Irish whiskeys, matured in alligator char ex-bourbon and rich stout casks and made dark with infusions of chocolate malt, roasted barley and vanilla.
AROMA
Sweet, roasted malt, vanilla, rye bread, soft spice.
TASTE
Creamy, brown sugar, dark chocolate, caramel, tropical fruit.
FINISH
Bitter, cocoa, coffee, butterscotch, stout.
